STEM RESIDENTIAL VILLAGE MASTER PLAN

Location: Flemington, NJ

LBLA developed a vision plan to create a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) residential village and corporate retreat center on an underutilized property in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. The 100-acre forested site includes a small lake, wetlands, trails, and the remnant buildings of a former campground. Linda prepared conceptual renderings to support the client’s funding and political initiatives.
